A Free Diversity & Inclusion Course for Financial Professionals

Last year, some friends at Carson Coaching asked if I would contribute content to a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) course they were putting together. I said yes, and we got to talking about their project. Their vision resonated so much with that I jumped at the opportunity to help at the big picture level, in addition to the video content I contributed.

The course starts with the basics, including DEI vocabulary. The content covers broad concepts as well as detailed pragmatic suggestions for business owners and managers, and even includes examples of HR and legal documents.
